Estilo’s Policy on Cancellations and Rescheduling

At Estilo we value your time and strive to provide you with the highest quality service. To ensure a smooth and fair booking process for all our clients, please review our cancellation policy below:  

Advance Payment for High-Ticket Services

  • For high-ticket services (e.g., packages, facials, colouring services or extensions), a 10% advance payment is required at the time of booking.  
  • This payment is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation but can be redeemed for future appointments within 3 months of the original booking date.  

Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • We kindly request at least 24 hours of notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.  
  • Missed appointments or No-Shows result in the forfeiture of your advance payment.
  • Notice of less than 12 hours will also lead to the forfeiture of your advanced payment. 

How to Cancel or Reschedule

  • Please contact us via phone or email at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.  
  • Rescheduling is subject to availability, and we will do our best to accommodate your new preferred date and time.

The advance payment ensures we can dedicate our time and resources to serving you with the best experience. It also helps us manage our schedule effectively and offer availability to other clients in case of cancellations.
