No Refunds on Services Rendered:
Once a service has been completed, refunds are not available. We encourage clients to communicate any concerns during the appointment to allow our team to address and resolve issues immediately.
Adjustments:
If you are not satisfied with the outcome of a service, we offer a complimentary adjustment within 7 days of the original appointment. Adjustments are provided at the discretion of management and are limited to minor corrections.
Retail Products:
Unopened and unused retail products may be returned within 14 days of purchase for a credit or exchange.
Opened or used products are not eligible for refunds due to hygiene and safety reasons, except in the case of a proven manufacturing defect.
Advance Payments:
Advance payments for high-ticket services (e.g. packages, hair extensions, colouring, facials, etc.) are non-refundable.
These payments can be redeemed toward future appointments if the original booking is canceled with proper notice, as outlined in our Cancellation Policy.
Gift Cards
Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. They are valid for services and products at Estilo Hair & Beauty Salon and must be used within their expiration period.
Disputes and Special Cases
If you feel you have a unique concern regarding a service or product, please contact us. We will review each case individually and work toward a fair resolution.
